Size hinges of strong quality
One of these complex constructions concerns the service platforms for offshore wind turbines. For the gratings on these platforms Anlagenbau needed custom made hinges. We therefore started working with custom heavy duty hinges, which make it possible to assemble the gratings in such a way that they can be opened.

In heavily corrosive conditions, where moisture, salt water and chlorine are environmental determinants, our hinges are designed from high quality stainless steel Wn 1.4401/1.4404/ AISI 316/ V4A. To prolong the service life or beautify the appearance, the hinges can be polished, brushed, pickled or coated.
