I am pleased to inform you that Bosch Scharnieren en Metaal B.V. was taken over by ESTÈVE et Cie, the holding company of PINET Industrie in France effective January 6th 2022.

Both companies complement each other perfectly and together they form a strong position in the European market for industrial hinges. Both companies also share the same core values and the character of a professional family business. Therefore I have full confidence in the joint future of the companies.

More than 17 years I was director/owner of Bosch Hinges. It was with great pleasure that I led the company. Together with all employees we have expanded our position as a specialist for custom made hinges in small series and acquired a European customer base in this area. Given my age this is an excellent time to transfer the business and become part of this French group with wider international ambitions.
