Safety on the work floor is essential in this respect. That is why we recently held an evacuation drill. During this exercise, we were able to test whether our employees know what to do in the event of an emergency.
The drill went well. Our team responded quickly and calmly, and everyone knew where the assembly point was. Good preparation is important in order to act quickly and safely in a real emergency.
By practising regularly, we keep our safety procedures top of mind and our employees know what is expected of them. This is how we work together towards a safe working environment for everyone.
